Our client, an International Moving company is currently looking for a Removals Operations Manager to join their growing team in Buckinghamshire. As the Removals Operations Manager, you will be overseeing the daily operations, leading the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. You will manage the daily scheduling of removals, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and ensure all operations adhere to company and legal health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational planning and execution.
- Oversee all job-related documentation.
- Serve as the liaison between the operations department and road crews.
- Work closely with the warehouse staff to optimise workflow.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of drivers and removal operatives to maintain high service standards.
- Deal with sales and business development, managing costings for moves, issue invoices, and monitor profitability.
- Keep track of branch performance and generate monthly reports.
The successful candidates MUST come from a Removals background and have strong experience managing/overseeing operations.
