Lead a skilled removals team with a reputable transport and removals company, delivering high-quality domestic and commercial moves while supporting and mentoring your team.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and work alongside the removals team on domestic and commercial moves.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members for efficient, high-quality work.
  • Ensure goods are loaded, unloaded, and transported safely.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Plan schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate on-site logistics.
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
  • Drive company vehicles if you hold an HGV licence (preferred but not essential).

What you need:

  • Proven removals experience (domestic and/or commercial).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting.
  • Basic UK road knowledge for route planning.
  • HGV licence (Category C) is a bonus but not required.
