Our client, a respected and growing company in the UK removals industry, is looking to appoint an energetic, customer-driven Self Storage Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility while actively growing new business within the local community.

What you'll do:

  • Overseeing the daily operation and performance of the self-storage facility
  • Driving revenue growth for both the storage site and the local moving service through proactive sales and lead conversion
  • Carrying out home visits from qualified leads to identify customer needs and increase branch revenue
  • Handling customer enquiries, bookings, contracts, and payments
  • Delivering first class customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience
  • Maintaining site security, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
  • Conducting regular unit inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Managing stock availability
  • Maximizing every customer lead to increase branch revenue via bookings
  • Pricing accurately in accordance to demand in order to create long term storage occupancy
  • Achieving company targets with effective management of P&L review
