This position is well suited to candidates with a background in transport, logistics, shipping or removals, who have strong service delivery and organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving parts while acting as a key point of contact.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end corporate and government move programmes.
- Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the relocation process.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks.
- Track consignments globally and manage exceptions.
- Oversee financial administration, including costs and invoicing.
- Support account management and onboarding of new clients.
- Deliver service in line with KPIs and contractual standards.
What you need:
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in transport, logistics, shipping, or removals.
- Proven experience coordinating moves or complex projects.
