We're recruiting for a Global Logistics Executive to join a highly respected logistics provider based near Heathrow Airport . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation specialising in time‑critical logistics, freight forwarding and global transportation.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating urgent international shipments across air, sea and road freight, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining full customs and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing import and export shipments from booking through to delivery.
  • Completing customs entries and shipping documentation.
  • Liaising with customers, airlines, hauliers, overseas agents and suppliers.
  • Preparing quotations and obtaining freight rates.
  • Providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues.
  • Maintaining accurate job costing and operational records.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous freight forwarding or logistics operations experience.
  • Knowledge of air, sea and road freight.
  • Customs entry and import/export documentation experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and the ability to meet airside security requirements.

Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 08:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00 OR Lates 4am to 1 AM
