Our client, a leading and well-established removals company, is seeking a commercially focused Sales Consultant to drive territory growth across West Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. The Role

  • You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers, conducting surveys, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed business.

Key Duties Include

  • Conducting customer surveys via telephone, video, self-survey platforms and face-to-face appointments
  • Preparing accurate quotations and move costings
  • Identifying customer requirements and conversion opportunities
  • Managing enquiries, quotations and follow-ups through the CRM system
  • Maximising margins through pricing, insurance and additional services
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Achieving agreed sales, conversion and revenue targets

About You

  • Proven sales experience within removals, relocations, kitchen design, flooring sales, home improvements, estate agency or a similar consultative sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercially minded and target driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
