This luxury focused tour operator is seeking proactive and detail-oriented travel professionals to join their Multi-Award Winning company as a Senior Caribbean Product Executive or as a Senior Indian Ocean Product Executive. These highly sought after roles will see you join our client’s Global Product Team in a Central London location. The roles are key to ensuring our client’s holiday offerings remain competitive, commercially viable, and provide an opportunity for growth within the travel industry.
You will work closely with the Tour Operator’s Product & Marketing teams, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance their luxury product range. With your passion for travel and diligent approach, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s leading luxury travel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Commercial Management: Assist in curating and developing a compelling product portfolio across our client’s key luxury destinations. Support the Senior Product Managers in negotiation and management of supplier contracts, ensuring competitive rates and strong commercial terms. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to inform product strategy. Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure the profitability and viability of our client’s products. Constant evaluation of onsite content and making amends where necessary.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hotel, airline, and ground service partners. Assist in the contracting process, including loading agreements into internal systems. Ensure suppliers are providing accurate and up-to-date information on availability, pricing, and special offers.
- Product Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure products are effectively promoted and aligned with customer demand. Assist in the creation of engaging product descriptions, marketing materials, and sales collateral. Provide insights to the Sales team on key product developments, offers, and market trends. Arrange internal product training sessions when required.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure product information is accurately loaded into internal systems and is reflective of live pricing and availability. Analyse booking data and performance reports to make recommendations for product optimisation. Assist in resolving product-related queries from internal teams and external partners.

- ESSENTIAL - Experience in a Product, Commercial, or Contracting role within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the Global luxury and long-haul travel market.
- Proven success in the 4* and luxury 5* travel market, with first-hand industry knowledge.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with a GDS, including sourcing competitive flight and accommodation packages.
