We’re currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at a busy self-storage site in Hemel Hempstead. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £36,400 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You’ll play a key role in delivering business performance and maintaining high standards across operations, health and safety, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing store operations to meet and exceed financial targets
- Leading and developing the store team
- Driving occupancy and revenue through local marketing and sales initiatives
- Delivering excellent service to new and existing customers
- Overseeing health and safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
- Monitoring performance, coaching team members, and completing appraisals
- Ensuring all financial and operational procedures are followed accurately
