Join Our Team as a Sheltered Housing Service Manager! Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults? We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Hammersmith & Fulham Council to find an exceptional Sheltered Service Manager to lead their sheltered housing services.
About the Role: As a Sheltered Service Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and enhance the sheltered housing services for nearly 1,000 tenancies across 22 schemes. You will ensure that our residents, aged 60 and older, receive a safe, secure, and person-centred service, reducing loneliness and improving their quality of life. Your leadership will drive Hammersmith & Fulham’s vision of being the best council by:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee sheltered housing services with strong leadership and a performance management culture.
- Person-Centred Service: Ensure residents are connected to support networks to reduce isolation.
- Property Management: Maintain safety and quality in properties and communal areas.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with key partners to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and ensure value for money.
- Resident Engagement: Foster transparent communication and engagement with residents to shape service delivery.
