We are looking for a talented Creative Lead to take charge of our brand and lead an exciting company-wide rebrand. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our construction-focused organisation, ensuring it is consistent, engaging, and reflects the quality of the work we do. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across teams, you will bring ideas to life across digital, print, and on-site communications.
Overview- Own and champion our brand, making sure it is consistent across everything we do
- Lead the rebrand from concept to rollout across all channels
- Run creative audits and workshops to define our tone, positioning, and visual style
- Build brand guidelines and maintain a central library of assets
- Work with agencies and freelance creatives to deliver top-quality work
- Create marketing materials—brochures, social media content, signage, presentations, and internal communications
- Oversee visual content for the website and social channels, focusing on design and user experience
- Manage photography, video, and other visual assets
- Review and approve all creative output to maintain quality and brand consistency
- Balance multiple projects at once, keeping to deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrable experience in a creative role, ideally with brand or rebrand experience
- A strong portfolio showing brand development and multi-channel design work
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- A keen eye for detail and visual quality
- Confidence working across different design styles and media
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communicator who can explain creative ideas with confidence
