Assistant Store Manager

Salary: £28,136 per year + £500 bonus every six months
Working Hours: Rotational shifts: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Working Pattern 1 in 4 weekends: Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Edmonton team. You’ll support the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, hit sales targets, and deliver top-notch customer service.
You’ll also step in to lead the team when the Store Manager isn’t around, ensuring the store stays organised, professional, and welcoming for customers and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and help achieve store targets
Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
Maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and cleanliness
Motivate and support your team to deliver results
Spot opportunities to increase efficiency, revenue, and occupancy
Manage admin and ensure compliance with company procedures
Cover for the Store Manager, including reporting sales and performance
Assist with marketing, debt management, and store maintenance
