We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well-established retail business in Southampton. This is a permanent position.

As Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, supporting the team, delivering great customer service, and stepping up to lead when it counts.

What’s on offer:

  • £28,980 per annum
  • Monday to Friday with just 1 weekend in 3
  • Permanent role, interviews to take place immediately, start date ASAP

  • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience (retail or customer-facing)
