Real Estate Development & Aftercare Manager (housing)
Rate: ÂŁ27 per hour PAYE
Contract: 12 weeks initially (covering a permanent post)
Location: London
Working pattern: Mon – Fri office-based (essential)
Interview: To take place immediately with a view to an immediate start thereafter.
A forward-thinking, proactively London Local Authority is looking for an experienced Development Engagement & Aftercare Manager to join its ambitious regeneration programme.

In this role, you will be central to the delivery of residential developments, ensuring engagement and aftercare processes are handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Lead communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement across a range of residential‑led development schemes.
- Manage onboarding and aftercare services to provide a smooth and responsive experience for new residents.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for residents, developers, and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently and positively.
- Support data recording, reporting, and continuous service improvement.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team, attending the West London office up to five days per week when required.
- Have experience in London regeneration schemes, local authorities, or housing‑led development projects.
- Strong understanding of resident onboarding and aftercare processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to engage with diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong organisational and reporting abilities.
