We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and qualified Temporary Housing Manager to work in the area of West London for a leading local authority. The post holder will lead and manage a team of housing officers and housing assistants in providing a value for money local neighbourhood service which delivers good quality housing advice, builds effective involvement with stakeholders, contributes to safe and sustainable communities and improves resident satisfaction and quality of life. The temporary assignment will be for approx. 6 months pay rate £300 per day (Umbrella) working full time hours the post holder will be out in the field for 4 days per week this role is based in the West London area. Duties include: Implement and contribute to the development of the neighbourhood services business plan and budget. Ensure team members understand how they contribute to achieving corporate targets and promote engagement through personal example, recognition and communication in order to enable everyone to make the best possible contribution to the councils mission, vision and values. Work in partnership with stakeholders and local communities to provide joined up services within a neighbourhood management framework that will improve quality of life. Ensure team members take action to ensure adherence to tenancy terms and conditions to minimise nuisance and increase resident satisfaction
