Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch breaks to maintain safety, positive behaviour and orderly conduct
- Support pupils with practical needs such as meals, spillages and resolving minor disagreements
- Monitor playground and dining areas, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Respond to incidents, provide basic first aid where appropriate, and report concerns in line with policy
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety standards at all times
