This role sits within our Sales Team. The Property Marketing Consultant is responsible for executing marketing initiatives to promote property projects and generate quality sales leads. The role manages digital and offline marketing channels including EDM campaigns, property portal listings, and social media, while maintaining and segmenting the customer database through CRM systems. This position works closely with the marketing manager, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding, effective customer communication, and optimal campaign performance. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and strong organisational ability to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion across all marketing touchpoints.
The core duties of the role will involve:
- Manage property listings on portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Share to Buy, New Homes For Sale
- Optimise listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, floor plans, and virtual tours.
- Monitor listing performance and lead generation metrics.
- Refresh and update listings regularly to maintain visibility.
- Coordinate paid promotions, featured listings, and in-search ads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and compliance with data protection policies.
- Generate reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Support sales teams with timely lead distribution and follow-ups.
- Develop nurturing workflows for long-term prospects.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in organising property launches, open days and London Home Show.
- Co-ordinate event promotions and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO optimisation.
- Co-ordinate online lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, social media ads, and retargeting.
- Create and manage EDM campaigns for property launches, offers, newsletters, and updates.
- Segment customer databases to deliver targeted and personalised email communication.
- Design email templates, write engaging content, and coordinate with designers where required.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and unsubscribe management.
Educated to GCSE Level. Must have Grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the property sector.
Strong knowledge of property marketing channels.
Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
Copywriting and content development ability.
Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media ads).
Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Communication and stakeholder management.
Basic design or coordination experience with creative tools is an advantage.
High-level knowledge of MS suite of products, especially Outlook and Excel.
