Red Loft is a housing development and regeneration consultancy based in London. We work with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and Developers throughout London and the South East. Our work includes managing development projects from concept through to completion, as well as a diverse range of development consultancy advice and services, including feasibility reports, financial viability assessments, land finding and agency, development strategies and procedures, development mentoring and training, Homes England and GLA compliance, and Shared Ownership sales, marketing and letting services.
This will require working outside of core office hours and at alternative locations in line with customer demand. This includes regular Saturday working and regular evening viewings.
- Work with panel mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure the best customer journey.
- Offer incentives in line with client approval to achieve sales and lettings completions.
- Facilitate and manage online.
