We are passionate about delivering affordable housing and are looking for a Development Consultant to join our Land & Viability Team who shares our enthusiasm. Graduate applicants will also be considered. The role will involve undertaking assessments of development and regeneration projects, financial viability reports, conducting market research, promoting land, site finding, and providing informed advice related to affordable housing. As part of our small but highly skilled team, you will develop your competencies under the mentoring/supervision of senior team members. We also provide opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with the Development and Sales departments of Red Loft. A degree and background in Surveying (Real Estate), Town Planning, or Urban Studies. In-depth understanding of development appraisals. Ability to analyse market intelligence and competitor activities.
