About the opportunity:

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Work location: United Kingdom, Hybrid working
  • Experience: MUST have 3+ years in Pega CSSA role & MUST be CSSA certified

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out development activities in accordance with the agreed requirements and development standards
  • Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Scrum and Pega Express
  • Testing of products in accordance with the test strategy to ensure that they are fit for purpose
  • Assisting the Lead Architect in examining packages of work and giving realistic timescales for completion
  • Completion of work allocated within agreed time, cost and quality criteria and providing progress reports on assigned work as required
  • Management and control of problems and change within their area of responsibility as requested by the Lead Architect, including negotiation with other teams as necessary
  • Prompt escalation of problems, issues and risks as necessary
  • Playing an active part in continuous improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in CSSA role
  • Must have hands-on experience in Pega development and Implementation
  • Must have experience working in an agile development environment
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be in the United Kingdom
  • Must have Right To Work in the United Kingdom
