Red Kite is a boutique holiday let management company operating in the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We saw an opportunity to bring a fresh, modern and technology driven service to holiday letting. Our aim is very simple:
- Deliver outstanding service to guests and owners
- Grow organically with quality (not quantity) homes
- Use technology and personality to set us apart from the competition
We have big plans to shake up the industry and expand our service to all inspiring homes and places throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for owners and consistently delivering excellent communication and service.
- Gathering and maintaining key operational details to support smooth day-to-day property management.
- Liaising between owners and internal teams such as Maintenance or Guest Experience to resolve issues quickly and clearly.
- Managing your portfolio to optimise performance including tracking key metrics, comparing data and making adjustments and recommendations as required.
- Guiding new owners through the onboarding process and coordinating key steps to get each home guest-ready.
- Creating online listings, writing engaging copy and working with photographers to best capture and promote the homes.
- Travelling to homes to meet with owners face to face across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
- Supporting longer-term projects to improve internal processes and enhance the overall owner experience.
Business Support
- Work 1 weekend per month which involves leading our Operations support - Guest Experience, Housekeeping & Maintenance.

- Able to work well under pressure, learn and adapt quickly to meet deadlines.

- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Must have own car for travelling between properties.
- Love travelling and the Airbnb industry.
- Good knowledge of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
- Able to identify areas for improvements and build solutions.
- Able to understand invoices, owner statements and transactions, with the ability to spot issues and explain calculations clearly.
- We are team-players, so it is essential you are happy to get involved in anything and everything when required (big or small).
- As a young and growing business, your responsibilities may change depending on business priorities and you must be comfortable with that.

Salary of £30,000 - £34,000 (dependant on experience).
Company stock options in the business.
45p per mile reimbursed for business related travel.
33 days holiday per year - bank holidays are not off as standard, though you can request these off. This is 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays in lieu.
Plus, an additional day off on your birthday (you should never have to work birthdays!).
