THE ROLE
As Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be producing management accounts, collaborating with operational teams to ensure precise forecasting and reporting. This pivotal role offers the chance to join a growing company and contribute as part of the senior management team, providing expert financial guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Finance department.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and processes.
- Oversee payroll, credit control, pension compliance, cash flow, and record-keeping.
- Enhance financial systems and optimize cash flow.
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting procedures.
- Handle budgeting and financial planning.
