Our client is a well-established name in the Waste Management and Recycling sector, renowned for their excellent reputation in Scotland.
Previous Job Titles: Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Waste Broker, Commercial Manager.

Salary: £55,000 with bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits including a company car, phone, laptop, and a pension plan.

Location: Glasgow, Paisley, East Kilbride and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting new business targets.
Travel to client sites as required.
Ensure project profitability and provide accurate quotations.
Lead tender processes.

Relevant Experience: Waste Management, recycling, scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, household waste, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial waste, and water treatment.

In this role, you will be driving growth and profitability by targeting fresh business opportunities in Waste Management and Recycling collections.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising your team to ensure they not only meet but exceed sales targets, leading to an increase in company revenue.
• Involvement in tender processes and assisting your team in crafting compelling tenders.
You must have a valid UK Driving Licence
Proven track record of securing contracts in similar roles, particularly in Waste Management
Additional Relevant Experience: Scrap metal, hygiene, washrooms, laundry services, household waste, facilities management (FM), industrial or commercial waste, and water treatment.
