About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director / CEO to lead and drive the success of a thriving waste collection and recycling operation. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable growth. You will oversee end-to-end waste and metal recycling operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations. - Enhance operational efficiency through Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, ensuring engagement and motivation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in the waste and recycling sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of P&L management.
- Qualifications such as COTC / WAMITAB, CPC, IOSH, NEBOSH (preferred).
