TITLE: Tender Manager / Bid Manager – Waste Management & Recycling PACKAGE Circa £60K DOE, plus 20% Bonus and benefits LOCATION: Home Based with little requirement to travel (mileage paid if so) You may have experience writing bids and tenders to/in: Local Authorities / Waste Services Council Tendering / Waste Management / Facilities Management / Recycling / Construction / Civil Engineering / Clinical Waste / Grounds Maintenance / Laundry services / Workwear / Highways Maintenance / Municipal Waste Role- Tender Manager / Bid Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Managing the preparation and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s), Invitation to Tenders (ITT’s) and tender documents in alignment with customer requirements. You will oversee the complete bid process from start to finish. You will manage the flow of documentation and monitor contract notices in a time critical environment. Win tenders Experience & Qualifications: Tender Manager / Bid Manager – Waste Management & Recycling You will have experience Managing Bids / Tenders from cradle to grave, as your primary function in your role (not a salesperson that does some tenders) for Services (not products) such as Waste, Grounds Maintenance etc. You will be an excellent communicator highly skilled in verbal and written communications. You must have good typing skills and be well versed in Microsoft Office. You will have previous experience of bid and tender writing. You will have a UK Driving Licence A Degree or master’s would be an advantage as it demonstrates the ability to research and write reports / dissertations.
