Site Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Position: Site Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling A leading Waste Management and Recycling company in the North West seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to direct depot operations. Compensation: £50,000 – £55,000, Bonus, Pension Package Location: Blackburn, Accrington and surrounding areas Relevant Prior Roles: Waste Management Operations Manager, Transfer Station Manager, MRF Manager, Recycling Depot Manager, Construction & Demolition Waste Manager, Site Manager, Plant Manager, Quarry Manager, Production Manager. Key Expertise: Waste Management, Commercial Operations, Bulky or Hazardous Waste Handling, Recycling Initiatives, End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV), Car Parts Recycling, Scrap Metal Recycling, Construction Waste Management, Skip Services, RoRo Operations, Landfill Management, Demolition Operations, Metals Processing. Role Overview The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for achieving production targets and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes managing within defined budgets, implementing cost controls, planning resources strategically to support operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
