AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CHEMISTRY QUALIFIED HAZARDOUS WASTE TECHNICAL ASSESSOR TO WORK AT A PROFESSIONAL HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY INCLUDING EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY.

SALARY: £32-36K Potential negotiable

LOCATION: West Midlands

ROLE: You will use your knowledge of chemistry to assess incoming waste streams based on information provided by the sales team, ensure they are classified correctly and identify correct cost and route of disposal.

EXPERIENCE: You will have minimum 3 years experience as a technical assessor, assessing hazardous waste. You will have good standard of verbal and written communication, and be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of directly interfacing with a client would be desirable.

Other non-essential qualifications that would be advantageous:

  • WAMITAB COTC
  • IOSH or NEBOSH safety qualification or similar
  • WM3
