ESTABLISHED WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING INDUSTRY SALES PROFESSIONAL WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE BROKERAGE MODEL, AND EXPERIENCE BUILDING SALES FUNCTIONS REQUIRED FOR GROWING BUSINESS, TO CREATE A NEW DIVISION TITLE: Sales / Business Development Manager – Waste & Recycling Brokerage – Home Based SALARY: Negotiable salary depending on Waste Brokerage experience LOCATION: Home Based UK (with travel) PREVIOUS ROLES IN THE WASTE SECTOR MAY HAVE BEEN: Waste Brokerage Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Waste Broker, Commercial Manager YOU MAY HAVE BROKERED SERVICES INCLUDING: Recycling, Total Waste Management, Waste Brokerage, Plastics Recycling, Metals Recycling, Glass Recycling, SRF / RDF, Food Waste ROLE: Sales / Business Development Manager – Waste & Recycling Brokerage – Home Based You will build an online brokerage with sales & customer support function You will build a supply chain of 3rd party waste service providers You will look to generate business revenue You will build and outbound sales function You will manage the team, set targets and KPI’s You will lead projects such as website development, team training, SEO etc. utilising resources and personnel available EXPERIENCE: Sales / Business Development Manager – Waste & Recycling Brokerage – Home Based You must have worked in the waste management sector in the brokerage model.
