Responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing procurement, supervising on-site labour and subcontractors, processing payments, tracking costs, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires strong client communication, professional representation, and maintaining quality, safety, and compliance throughout all phases of project execution. EXPERIENCE: Project Manager – Fire Detection & Suppression You will have proven experience in fire protection or construction project management, with strong budgeting, commercial, and financial control skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities, alongside effective subcontractor and labour management. Well-versed in procurement, contract admin, and industry regulations, with a focus on quality, safety, and detail. Any experience in data centres highly beneficial. Holds relevant qualifications including FIA (Fire Industry Association), PRINCE2, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), NEBOSH and certifications such as SMSTS or a CSCS card. A UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
