Position Details
- Title: Process Operator / Plant Operative Anaerobic Digestion
- Salary: GBP (phone number removed) DOE, up to GBP 1800 bonus, Enhanced Overtime, On Call Payments, Life Insurance, Pension
- Location: Bournemouth area
- Hours: 7am-5pm Mon to Fri, Weekend call-out on a rota (paid for being on call & hours attended), some O/T on Sat am

Relevant backgrounds include EfW Process Operator, Production Operative, Telehandler Driver, Farm Worker, Chemical Process Technician, Agricultural Worker, Wastewater Operative, Sewage Treatment Plant Operator, Drainage Engineer, Waste Operative Composting, Biomass Plant Operator, Recycling Operative, Anaerobic Digestion, Food Manufacturing, Landfill, Recycling Operative, Gasification Plant Operator.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with a team of operators to ensure smooth plant operation and maintain output.
- Operate various plant equipment, including mobile plant such as a telehandler and SCADA Control systems.
- Adhere to company safety and environmental policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Practical, ambitious, and proactive with a keen attitude to get the job done.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Skills or qualifications in mobile plant operation, waste management, safety, practical maintenance engineering, or welding are beneficial; Telehandler Licence preferred.
- Comfortable working with waste materials.
