Relocation opportunity for a Waste Management and Recycling Production Operations Specialist to train into a MRF Operations Manager role in the Channel Islands.

Location: Requires full relocation to the Channel Islands.

Salary: Circa £40,000 – 60,000.

Role: Operations Supervisor – Waste Management & Recycling.

Red Kite is looking for an energetic Waste & Recycling processing/transfer specialist looking to grow their career.

  • You will be trained and then manage a team of operatives in a waste production facility.
  • You will oversee safety, quality, and environmental compliance for the site.
  • You will look to make improvements to the process and team to deliver performance improvements and performance vs KPIs.
  • You will learn to manage budgets and resources.

Experience: Operations Supervisor – Waste Management & Recycling.

You will have experience in a waste processing or transfer operation and have had a similar job title to: MBT Plant Supervisor, MRF Team Leader, Materials Recovery Facility Shift Manager, HWRC Manager, Metal Recycling Yard Foreman, Skip Hire Operations Supervisor, Transfer Station Assistant Manager, IVC Supervisor, EFW Plant Team Leader, MRF Shift Manager.

You will be able to demonstrate the impact you have had on the operation you work within and may be able to demonstrate progression in your role which would demonstrate potential.

You may have training in the following: WAMITAB/COTC, IOSH, NEBOSH, IEMA.

You will have a driving licence and be able to relocate to the Channel Islands.
