ROLE: MRF Operations Manager Waste & Recycling Processing
Red Kite is looking for an energetic Waste & Recycling processing / transfer specialist looking to grow their career.
You will manage a team of operatives in a waste processing facility.
You will oversee safety, quality, and environmental compliance for the site.
You will look to make improvements to the process and team to deliver performance improvements and meet KPIs.
You will learn to manage budgets and resources.
EXPERIENCE: MRF Operations Manager Waste & Recycling Processing
You will have experience in a waste processing or transfer operation and have held a similar job title such as MBT Plant Manager, MRF Operations Manager, Materials Recovery Facility Manager, HWRC Manager, Metal Recycling Depot Manager, Skip Hire Operations Manager, Transfer Station Manager, IVC Manager, MRF Manager, or Recycling Manager.
You should be able to demonstrate the impact you have had on your operations and show progression in your roles, indicating potential for growth.
You may have training in WAMITAB / COTC, IOSH, NEBOSH, or IEMA.
You will need a valid driving licence and be willing to relocate to the Channel Islands.
