Your Background: You may have worked in industries like Metal Recycling, Non-Ferrous Metals, Waste Management, Scrap Recycling, Ferrous Metals, Aluminium, Copper, Lead, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Electrical Cable, or Bronze. Previous Roles: Sales Manager, Non-Ferrous Trader, Commercial Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Team Leader, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Head of New Business, Senior Trader, or Head of Trading. The Role: Step into a pivotal position where you’ll drive the sourcing and trading of non-ferrous metals like aluminium, copper, lead, zinc, and stainless steel. Working with our client, you’ll: Source premium non-ferrous scrap and waste metals for their cutting-edge recycling operations. Build and nurture key relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends and pricing to make sharp, profitable trading decisions. Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth material handling. Spot and seize opportunities to boost tonnage and expand the business. Who We’re Looking For: You bring hands-on experience as a trader or buyer in the non-ferrous metals sector (e.g., scrap recycling, copper, aluminium). You’ve got a keen eye for market dynamics, product grading, and deal-making. You’re driven, commercially savvy, and thrive on delivering results. Who You Are: A seasoned non-ferrous metals trader/buyer with deep knowledge of the scrap and waste metal market. Skilled in product grading and spotting opportunities to boost tonnage and business growth. Highly motivated, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering results.
