EXPERIENCED HEAD OF SALES / SALES DIRECTOR OR NATIONAL OR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER REQUIRED TO PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN NON-HAZARDOUS & HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT.
LOCATION: Covering Great Britain, most areas considered.
SALARY: Circa Β£65-75K DOE plus Substantial Bonus, Car / Allowance, Enhanced Pension, Private Health & Life Cover.

YOU WILL HAVE A STRONG & DEMONSTRABLE PERFORMANCE IN A ROLE SUCH AS:
- National Sales Manager
- Commercial Director
- Sales Director
- Head of Sales
- Regional Sales Manager
- Head of Business Development
ROLE:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers & Account Managers selling contracted waste services to their clients.
- Oversee a team of circa two dozen.
- Deliver effective sales strategy for the team and work with them on high value business.
- Mentor the team.
- Drive sales performance vs individual and team targets.
- Recruitment as required.
EXPERIENCE:
You will have a demonstrable track record in sales / commercial development team management.
You will have delivered sales growth and effectively mentored a commercial sales team.
You will have 5+ yearsβ experience in the waste sector, ideally with some hazardous waste management exposure.
You will have a UK Driving Licence and be open to regular travel.
You may have a degree, MBA or be affiliated to the CIWM.
