FIRE SAFETY SURVEYOR / ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY WITH SURVEYING AND CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION COMPANY\\n\\nTITLE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer\\n\\nSALARY: £45-55K DOE\\nBonus scheme totalling 5%-15% additional pay\\nCompany Vehicle\\nHoliday and pension scheme\\n\\nLOCATION: London and Home Counties\\n\\nYOU MAY HAVE BEEN: Fire Safety Engineer, Building Control, Civil Engineer, Architect, Construction Engineer, Building Surveyor, Fire Strategy Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, MSc Engineering, PhD Engineering, Fire Safety Advisor, Structural Engineer\\n\\nPREVIOUS INDUSTRIES: Fire Safety, EWS1, External Walls, Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying, Fire Strategy, Structural Engineering, Thermodynamics, Studying PhD, RICS, KABE\\n\\nROLE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer\\n\\nAs Fire Safety Surveyor/ Engineer you will demonstrate strong report writing and surveying skills. Working from home and travelling to perform on site inspections.\\nYou will produce reports in line with regulations. Advise on building design and materials to reduce the risk of fires starting and spreading.

Producing on external wall analysis, fire strategies, fire risk assessments, and 3D evacuation modelling.\\nYou will mainly visit sites in London and Home Counties.\\n\\nEXPERIENCE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer\\n\\nIdeally you will have previously worked as a fire engineer performing external wall surveys. Alternatively you could have RICS membership and experience surveying or be in a building control role. You should be familiar fire safety regulations and their application to fire strategies.

Any experience working in structural engineering, architecture or surveying would be beneficial to your application.
