EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A SEASONED AND AN AMBITIOUS FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / FINANCE MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT IN A WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING BUSINESS OFFERING STEADY GROWTH.
PACKAGE: £40-45k DOE
Location – Sheffield, Rotherham, Brinsworth and surrounding areas
Work Hours: Office-Based Role, Monday to Friday
You may be a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar.
ROLE:
- Leading the Finance department
- Create and implement all associated reports ensuring accuracy
- Oversee payroll, credit control, pension compliance, cash flow, records maintenance
- Look to improve financial systems and cash flow
- Month and year end reports / procedures
- Budgeting
- Knowledge of commodity trading, plastic, paper, metals etc is highly desirable
EXPERIENCE:
- Financial Controller / Finance Manager – working towards Financial Director
- You will be an ambitious Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller
- You will have strong financial analysis skills
- You will have a financial qualification ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent
- You will have knowledge of Sage 50 or 200
Ideally you will have worked in the waste management & recycling sector, however you will have worked in a business that has production / manufacturing and transport functions as a base requirement.
