You will work on an open landfill site monitoring and treating leachate and groundwater. You will take samples on site and undertake basic lab work including spectroscopy. Basic maintenance of site equipment is required. You will complete necessary paperwork and reports. You will provide cover at other sites in the region on occasion. You will work within the company's environmental, safety and quality protocol.
EXPERIENCE: Environmental Technician β Landfill Operations. You will be happy working in a 70% outdoors based role working in all weathers on a landfill site which will be dirty and smelly. Laboratory or maintenance engineering experience is a plus. You will have a UK driving licence.
