Role Overview
You will be responsible for the commercial success of a Quarrying and Aggregates business. You will manage key accounts and look for new business opportunities. You will manage a small team. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies, oversee quotations and tenders. Track and evaluate haulage contractor performance. Collaborate with site and transport teams to align production schedules with demand. Ensure all commercial activities support company goals and stay within budget. Monitor KPIs, deliver performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning.

- Proficient in core IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Proven capacity to lead change, foster high-performing teams, and achieve commercial growth
- Track record of engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
