EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A DRIVEN SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER TO LEAD A GROWING TEAM AT A BUSY TRANSFER STATION FACILITY.
My Client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join their growing business.
Package: £45,000- £55,000, Car allowance, Mobile and Pension.
Location: You may be based in Didcot, Wantage, Abingdon and Surrounding areas.
Role: You will be responsible for the efficient running across all aspects of my client’s company site, ensuring the smooth running of process. This is a hands-on role supervising the activity of the site, including office and operative staff members. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective processing and recycling of construction and household waste. You will also be responsible for the transport department, the development of the recycling site, and increasing production. Additionally, you will be responsible for the P and L, and experience of this is essential.
Experience Required: A WAMITAB COTC non Haz treatment and transfer level 4 is essential. Strong leadership skills are a prerequisite for the role. Experience of working in a Transfer Station or similar environment previously is essential.
Desirable Qualifications: IOSH Managing Safely or higher Health and Safety qualification; NEBOSH / IOSH CPC desirable.
