Are you passionate about inclusion and determined to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND? We are looking for a skilled and motivated EHCP Coordinator to join our central Trust team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and supporting high‑quality Education, Health and Care Plans across our schools.

Reporting to the Trust Lead for Inclusion, you will take the lead on both new and existing EHCPs, managing the full process from consultation and application through to annual reviews, mediation and tribunals. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with school‑based SENDCos, parents/carers and a wide range of external professionals, acting as a confident and knowledgeable point of contact.

Strong communication and organisation are essential, as you will regularly chair and coordinate multi‑agency meetings, ensuring clarity, collaboration and positive outcomes for pupils. Based within the central team, this role supports schools across the Trust and involves regular travel, so applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

If you thrive on building relationships, managing complex processes and making a genuine impact on children’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
