One Year Secondment, Term‑time only + 3 weeks. 15 hours per week (2 days). We are looking for a passionate and organised professional to join our Teacher Training team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of secondary teachers. This is a unique opportunity to support trainee teachers on their journey into the profession working closely with secondary school mentors and programme leads to ensure high‑quality training and development. You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing personalised guidance, delivering training and contributing to a programme that is ambitious, supportive and rooted in best practice.
