Red Kite Learning Trust is seeking an outstanding leader to become Director of Secondary Education. Based in Harrogate with hybrid working and travel to RKLT schools, you will work closely with the CEO and Headteachers to deliver social justice through educational excellence.
You will provide strategic leadership, strengthen networks, drive school improvement, and align curriculum and teaching across the Trust, using data and professional expertise to raise outcomes for all pupils.
