At Red Kite, we've set ourselves some challenging and ambitious objectives, because our tenants deserve it. As a tenant-led, not-for-profit, charitable housing association with more than 6,600 homes all within 15 miles of High Wycombe, in the south of Buckinghamshire, we have a diverse customer base, so we need a team of great people who can create and maintain fantastic relationships.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Advisor to join our team and help our tenants by managing their repair requests and reports of antisocial behaviour, taking rent payments, and much more. Whether it's on the phone, email, face to face, or via social media, we need positive team players who know how to make the customer journey a great one.
About you
Do you like to be busy and have pride in helping others? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to join our fantastic team. We need staff who are going to stand up and be counted. Who will champion the role and use initiative to make a difference for our tenants. It can be a fast-paced and demanding environment at times, so the ability to work well under pressure is also important. No matter what, you'll be working in partnership to achieve great results. After all, we're looking to build a team of future leaders here who work together, not individually. So, if you're the type of person who normally volunteers to help out or likes to take the lead on problem solving, we're waiting for your application.
A background in housing would be great - contact centres, even better, but this is not essential. What's more important to us is that you can evidence how you're polite, professional, flexible and always looking for better ways of doing things.
