Key Responsibilities
- Help keep our staff knowledge library, Knowledge Sphere, accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
- Manage version control and maintain audit trails for all documents, using Microsoft tools—particularly SharePoint and Word—to organise and structure content effectively.
- Work closely with teams across the organisation to support them in reviewing and maintaining their materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Identify potential process gaps, raise them with the Knowledge Specialist, and contribute to ensuring the reliability of data and reports.
- Provide flexible support to colleagues as needed.
