Red Kite Community Housing is seeking a Data Protection & Compliance Lead to maintain data protection records, manage Subject Access Requests, and lead key privacy duties across the organisation. You will develop and embed data protection policies, support RoPA mapping, and deliver in-house training, ensuring robust retention and erasure practices while working with governance and audit teams.
From October 2026, you will oversee the STAIRS process and help drive governance improvements.
