Red Kite is a tenant-led, not-for-profit, charitable housing association which owns and manages more than 6,600 homes within 15 miles of High Wycombe, in the south of Buckinghamshire. We have a turnover of over £47 million and a development programme to deliver 500 homes over the next five years. Our mission is to build a strong foundation for our tenants and communities around safe, warm and affordable homes and their voices are important to ensure we remain truly tenant-led through everything we do. We are a strong and successful housing association with a G1/V1 rating, talented colleagues and a clear vision for the future.
