Red Kite Community Housing Limited is seeking an independent data protection and information rights adviser to the Board and Executive Leadership Team. You will lead a proportionate, risk-based assurance programme across policies, training, audits and improvement actions.
You will advise on DPIAs, personal data breaches and information rights decisions; act as principal contact with the ICO; and oversee readiness for STAIRs Phase 2 requests from 1 April 2027.
