Overview
My well established Client is urgently looking to recruit an experienced Windows 11 Rollout Engineer to join their team and help them in deploying Microsoft\'s latest OS across our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Windows 11 to enterprise users
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and deployment
- Automate and streamline workflows using Power Automate and related tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure a smooth user transition
- Provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout
- Deliver clear, friendly communication to users and stakeholders throughout the project
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Windows 11 deployment in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Practical experience using Power Automate to improve IT processes
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a user-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or similar are a plus
