My Architecture client who specialise in the residential and commercial sectors are looking for a Senior Architect/Principal Designer to join them on a permanent basis. Some of the duties your role will include: Oversee the Principal Designer duties across multiple residential projects. Manage and mentor a team of skilled Technicians and designers. Liaise directly with clients and local Authorities to co-ordinate project requirements. Prepare and review information and documents for planning applications. Pick up schemes and be hands on from start to end Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Principal Designer or Senior Architectural professional on large- scale residential projects.
