Salary: Β£66,000 - 78,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management, leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in conducting impact analysis and assessing change readiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective communication plans
- Strong analytical skills to establish and track metrics for change management effectiveness
- Certification in a change management methodology, such as Prosci or ACMP (desirable)
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide and support others through change
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful delivery of transformation programmes
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of changes on the organisation and its stakeholders
- Evaluate change readiness across the organisation and develop plans to address any gaps
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Establish and track metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of change management efforts
- Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers for effective team transitions
- Identify and manage risks associated with the change process
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust as needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned
