I'm currently supporting a well-established Architectural Practice in Berkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced BIM / Information Manager to support the continued development of its digital delivery and BIM capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with experience gained within an architectural environment who can provide guidance to project teams, drive BIM standards and support the successful delivery of projects across the business.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of BIM standards across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Define BIM requirements, deliverables and project workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and company standards.
  • Manage model coordination and information quality processes.
  • Support project teams with BIM and information management best practice.
  • Promote the use of digital tools and efficient working methods.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Support BIM governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor BIM Coordinators and assist with team development.

About You

  • Previous BIM experience within an Architectural Practice is essential.
  • Experience as a BIM Manager, Information Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UK BIM standards and ISO 19650.
  • Experience delivering BIM across multiple project stages.
  • Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
  • Experienced in creating and managing BIM Execution Plans.
  • Strong understanding of information management and model review processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with architects, consultants and clients.
